We started Lievita because we wanted better food for our own families and neighbors. We were tired of hidden additives and unclear labels. So we decided to build a kitchen based on honesty and simple choices. We chose organic produce, grass-fed beef, and never-ever poultry. Every recipe reflects our belief that good food should be clear, dependable, and respectful of people and farms.

We take time with our food. Our sourdough is slow fermented for better flavor and digestion. Our cheeses are 100% real with zero fillers. Our sauces are cooked from scratch. We removed seed oils and focused on clean fats. These steps take more effort, but they matter. They allow us to serve meals we believe in and stand behind with confidence.
